Ximena is a freelance Creative Producer, based between Dubai & Bali, with over 5 years’ experience in the field. She has an extended network of vendors and clientele across both locations as well as worldwide.

A hands-on entrepreneur, with broad experience in set design and talent scouting globally, given her extensive knowledge of the modeling industry – having previously worked as a Head booker for one of the leading model agencies globally, Wilhelmina Models.

Ximena’s recent work comprises of high-end luxury editorial production for Dubai-based brands such as Harvey Nichols Dubai and Bloomingdales ME and MyTheresa.com. Honing her skills and furthering her wide-ranging network of clients and vendors, she is now a well-renowned producer within the industry. Her most accomplished campaign to date, her highlights are the SS20 campaigns, which saw her execute vigorous travel and on-set planning for both Harvey Nichols and Bloomingdales ME.   

Her production support may come in the form of consulting on one single brief or managing and/or coordinating a complete film, stills and event projects, from calculation to the finished broadcast master.
